I take on temporary leadership responsibilities when a position needs to be filled at short notice, an organization is facing change, or a demanding project requires additional leadership and implementation power.

My focus areas are R&D, Operations, Industrialization and Product Development, particularly in MedTech, Diagnostics and Industrial Technology.
